I started off by getting the electrical supply wire run to the flowerbed (where it will enter the house).
Then I connected some 3" PVC to the drain line that I put in place last year (this line empties out on the other side of the flower bed).
At this point I can continue the line farther under the SC.
I will be pouring a concrete floor in the area under the SC and, in the above picture, the T with the green drain cap will be the floor drain so that any water which collects down there will have a clean way to leave the area. The smaller T to the left of it will be where the tank's drain will connect. The 3" drain continues on around the corner as I will have a smaller turtle pond and plan on having it drain through the same system.
In the following picture you can see where the 3" drain line will, eventually, hang a right and continue to the turtle pond. Also the 'U' shaped 2" pipe is what the pump will connect to with the far end of the pipe making its way to the waterfall. Lastly, the electrical wires are in place - a supply wire along with a feed to the skimmer and one to the turtle pond.
